 ◆ Piano islet to hold tourism fair in Xiamen city

A tourism fair is to be held on Gulangyu, an islet well known for its large number of amateur piano players in this city of Xiamen,Fujian province, from August 8 to 31.

Guo Yuanming, director of the local tourism administration, said that tourists could visit well-known scenic spots during the fair and enjoy wonderful shopping at the islet's newly-completed flagship business center.

Cultural activities, such as artistic performances and a photography competition, are also expected to be held during the fair.
