 ◆ Tallest Building in China Gets German Housekeeper

The 420-meter-high Jinmao Tower in Shanghai, the tallest building in China and the world's third, will be under joint administration of China Jinmao Group Co. Ltd and Imtech Germany, as the two sides signed a cooperation contract recently here.

The Imtech Germany, which holds 40 percent of shares of the joint venture, Shanghai JM Imtech Facility Services Ltd, will bring advanced technologies and solutions to enhance the management and services of the 88-layer skyscraper.
